LX and LX2 scopes build on the solid foundation laid down by the Professional Series. We’ve kept the monotube and alloy gimbal assembly concepts, improved the anodising to make the finish more resistant to scratches, tightened up the mechanical tolerances and improved the optics.

 

LX2 models have been manufactured to even tighter tolerance specifications with respect to lens and mechanical component manufacture; they produce brighter, sharper and higher contrast images than LX and P models.

Lynx LX3 5-30x56

The first in a number of next generation Lynx LX3 scopes, the new Lynx LX3 5-30x56mm 34mm main tube competition rifle scope is designed to give competitive shooters and discerning enthusiasts the edge, with top-quality mechanical performance and crystal clear optics. 


80 minutes of arc elevation, with easy to engage zeroT stop function and 40 MOA windage; both with positive-click ¼ MOA increments (7mm per click at 100 meters).

 

The new Lynx Competition MOA@20 reticle has 2.5mm thick green illuminated lines with fifteen aiming off hash-marks spaced 1 MOA apart on both vertical and horizontal axes. A simple range-determining scale is built into the bottom of the lower vertical post for to range 20cm high targets from 200 to 500 meters. 


Supplied with your choice of Poli Nicoletta steel 34mm rings to fit Picatinny or Weaver bases, or Poli Nicoletta steel 34mm rings to fit Poli Nicoletta stud bases.

Illuminated reticle (glass etched reticle) MOA@20

A reticle for competition shooters. Fifteen hash marks on each quadrant, 1 MOA apart with magnification set to 20x, facilitate versatile and simple aiming off points.

 

The 2.5mm thick @ 20x reticle lines are fine enough to use for long range target shooting but are still visible with less than perfect eyesight.

 

Depending on range conditions, distance to target and visibility the centre of the reticle can be used either in a conventional manner as a 1 MOA floating crosshair or to bracket an area of the target.

 

An unobtrusive range scale inset into the bottom part of the 6 o'clock leg of the reticle ranges a 20cm high targets from 200 to 500 metres.

Can be fitted to any Lynx Professional "P" riflescope.

 

The NATO ranging reticle is calibrated for use on human targets but hunters can work out their own methods for ranging game animals. -

Lynx Red-Dot Series LX RDC-1

Non-magnifying red-dot scopes are the ideal aiming system for use on running targets and on dangerous game. Target acquisition is virtually instantaneous and tracking of moving bodies is unmatched by any other system.

 

The scopes are usable by day and night on rifles handguns and dart guns, allowing one-eyed and two-eyed aiming techniques. For distances up to about 125 metres the small dot versions (three and four MOA) are also eminently suitable for general bushveld hunting.

 

Lynx red-dot scopes can be mounted at any desired distance between 5cm and 30cm from the aiming eye; the dot is switchable over eleven brightness levels to suit ambient conditions; the scopes are recoil proof for the biggest hunting and handgun calibres. Weaver type rings are included.
